Hand chain roller blinds for larger agricultural openings where controlled operation and extra drop are required. Coated PVC mesh keeps ventilation and natural light.
Suitable for drops up to 4.2m as standard. For drops over 4.2m, aluminium side channels are required for health and safety to guide and secure the blind. Made from 240g/m² coated PVC mesh and extruded aluminium, with a choice of mesh colours, chain length and additional brackets where required. Meets FETF274, 10-year guarantee.

Leave the shrink wrap on until the blind is fitted. Measure between the bracket fixing holes and mark the position level and slightly off centre, so the mesh sits central in the opening. Drill and bolt the blind up, then fit the chain guide and thread the chain around the wheel, joining the ends with the supplied shackle. Pull down to mark and fix the C brackets for the bottom bar, then mount the locking box on the post to lock the chain and tension the blind. Drops over 4.2m also take aluminium side channels for health and safety. A full fitting guide is supplied with every blind.

A hand chain blind lets you close a big opening down in controlled stages and open it back up for airflow.
