Durable coated PVC mesh windbreaks that take the bite out of wind and rain in exposed farm buildings, while keeping valuable light and airflow.
Made to measure and high frequency welded, with straps positioned every 500mm and welded directly to the mesh so the screen pulls tight when tensioned. UV stabilised 240g/m² PVC coated polyester mesh. Standard windbreaks up to 6.1m wide by 5m drop carry a 10-year guarantee; triangular shapes, or anything larger than 6.1m by 5m, carry a 1-year guarantee.

Windbreaks fix one bay at a time. Each strap carries a claw hook on one side and a ratchet on the other, so they need something suitable to hook onto. Hook and clamp the claw to one stanchion, run the ratchet across to the next at the same height, then thread and tighten the strapping so the mesh pulls drum tight. Work down strap by strap, and repeat across each bay on multi-bay openings. A full step-by-step fitting guide is supplied with every order.

No. The mesh breaks the force of the wind while still letting air move through, so you keep shelter without trapping the moisture that causes condensation and respiratory problems.
Windbreaks are designed for steel structures. They come with hook fixings, so they just need something suitable to hook onto. If you are fitting to another material, a piece of metal angle can be added to give the windbreak something to hook onto. Send us the openings and we will tell you honestly what will work.
Standard Green, Grey or Black mesh.
The mesh is UV stabilised. Standard windbreaks up to 6.1m wide by 5m drop carry our 10-year guarantee. Triangular shapes, or anything larger than 6.1m by 5m, carry a 1-year guarantee. All subject to terms.
