We are not reselling someone else's product with a sticker on it. Every cover is manufactured at our own Leicestershire production site, from materials sourced in the UK, and checked before it leaves. Our guarantee is simply us putting in writing what we already know about our own work.

A couple of photos of the fault, with your order details, let us see straight away what has gone wrong.

If it is covered, we will repair or remake it. You are dealing with the people who made it, so there is nothing to argue through.
