Yes, and for a terrace worked daily we would suggest the motorised option. The blind is supplied on a 100mm extruded aluminium tube and runs in self colour or black side channels, so it drops true and sits drum tight every time.
Usually not for retractable blinds on an existing structure, but the rules vary by council and are stricter for listed buildings and conservation areas. Check with your local planning authority before you order.
