Each kit includes a heavy-duty 900g/m² PVC coated fabric sheet with reinforced edges and dirt-resistant lacquer both sides, a fully powder-coated set of steel arches, aluminium centre and side poles, winding handle, tensioners, pulling-over rope, and all fixtures, fittings and a comprehensive fitting guide. Set the front and rear arches on the trailer with the gutters resting on the walls and tek screw them down. Slide the centre tube into the middle pocket and the outer pole through the side pocket and webbing, then batten one side of the sheet to the trailer with the aluminium flats, keeping it pulled tight and crease free. Pull the sheet over with the rope, fit the ratchets, and check it runs by rolling it back on the winding handle, keeping it tight with every turn. The ratchets tension and secure the sheet; the winding handle in the outside pole is what rolls it open. A complete step-by-step guide is supplied with every kit, with a fitting video coming soon.

The problem
An uncovered load is a wet, lost load.
Rain and spray on grain, woodchip or feed means spoilage, weight gain and mess. Loose sheets are slow to throw on and never quite watertight. They are also not allowed at many grain mills, where you cannot climb on trailers. Our rollover sheets are operated from the ground, which avoids that. With the law on secure loads getting stricter, a rollover system keeps every load covered and secure in seconds.

A powder-coated set of arches, aluminium poles and a heavy-duty 900g/m² PVC coated fabric sheet, all made to measure to retrofit most farm trailers and supplied as a self-fit kit. The PVC coated fabric is what keeps the sheet supple and stops it going brittle. At 900g/m² it is far heavier than the 650g/m² most competitors use, which is much thinner and more likely to go brittle over time.
